There are many times when working on a project with my computer, I find myself asking how to do this or that.  I have two platforms, PC and Mac Book.  When working on a project, I certainly prefer the Mac.  I am an old time user of the PC, but have converted to the Mac with a passion.  There are many things that I need to learn and relearn.  That is where this “GURU” Arlen comes in.  He has helped me and my family in understanding the use of the Mac and he is very patient with us.  From what I have seen and heard from the Apple Store itself, this guy really knows his stuff with the Mac, infact I would say more than most of the employees at the Apple store.  Don’t get me wrong, the people at the storefront are helpful, but with Arlen, he will take the time to instruct and show you with lots of understanding as a end user and a person that wants to learn and learn it the right way.  So koodles to him, I highly recommend his expertise.  I do not think you will find a better person to work with.
